SQUEEGEE BALANCING SYSTEM

In high-end screen printing, small variations in the amount of pressure across the squeegee can cause dramatic differences in the quality of printed patterns / circuits.

Our system consists of paper thin sensor strips that are placed on the screen, while the squeegee travels across the print direction. Two or more sensor strips can be placed across the screen. The contact area and amount of force seen by the sensors are collected and displayed on your computer in real time. A highly interactive balancing graphical tool is provided to help the operator achieve a perfectly balanced squeegee before the printing operation begins.
